The Embassy of the United States of America in Turkmenistan announces that it is accepting applications for the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Programme for the 2027-2028 academic year. The programme offers mid-career professionals with a proven track record in the public sector an opportunity to undertake 10 months of study and professional work in the USA, without offering a degree. Candidates must have a higher education and at least five years of work experience prior to August 2026.They must also have an English language proficiency of a TOEFL score of 72, a Duolingo score of 100, or an IELTS score of 6.0. Only candidates who pass the interview stage will be registered for the TOEFL exam by the US Embassy. Applications will be accepted until 17 July this year.
